You’ll learn the art of tempering with premium Cuvée chocolate to achieve that perfect gloss and snap. You’ll also try out unique flavour pairings,  chocolate moulding and hand decorating your own artisanal chocolates using premium seasonal ingredients. 

Set within the warmth of The Bakehouse kitchen, this is the perfect Easter experience for curious beginners and devoted chocolate lovers alike.

WHEN:  Thursday 2nd April  

TIME: 9.30am- 9.45am. Arrive and treat yourself to tea or a barista made coffee at The Kin Kin Hotel, ready for 10:00 AM start in The Bakehouse, our artisanal bakery, 50 yards up the hill. 

WHERE: THE KIN KIN HOTEL  & KIN KIN BAKEHOUSE

MATERIALS : All  materials, and  step by step tuition provided  for you to make a tasty take-home set of artisanal chocolates. 

COST: $ 185 including welcome drink, 3 hour Workshop,  delicious sharing lunch and take home artisanal chocolates worth $20

PLEASE NOTE

Remember to wear closed-toe shoes - we will provide aprons.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements for lunch at the time of booking. 

No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of workshop.

The Bakehouse is 50 yards up the hill from The Kin Kin Hotel in the old Black Ant cafe.

The workshop must have a minimum of 5 participants in order to proceed.  In the event of insufficient participants, attendees will be notified and refunded or credit applied to the next available workshop.
