Nature’s Table

Just steps from the Hotel, the Market Garden has been established to supply the kitchen with a wide array of nutrient rich, pesticide free seasonal vegetables, salads and herbs. The ever changing produce leads the menu for the Pub and The Woodshed. 

As well as ducks and pigs, we take care of the insects too. The Hotel’s planter beds grow edible flowering plants, such as Marigolds, Geranium, Basil and Nasturtiums to attract bees and flavour the kitchen's meals and cordials.

Join Head Chef Oscar and Head Gardener Georgia for in-depth workshops on beekeeping, soil regeneration, and composting, throughout the year. If you don’t have all morning, come along for a coffee and a guided tour with Head Chef Oscar.

    Our Heritage Bar menu serviced in the Public Bar and The Pavilion is served from 12pm. Serving a variety of pub classics and fresh seasonal options, you’ll never leave hungry.
