Pub Pavilion

Fresh food and country hospitality

Our menu is seasonal, local and fresh. You’ll find familiar favourites, like housemade cheeseburgers, perfectly cooked steaks and crispy fries. You’ll also see pork rillettes, housemade mortadella, zucchini flowers and marinated tomato salad.

You won’t find battery farmed chicken parmies or frozen fish. We offer a return to how pub food should be. Fresh, tasty, local food, that’s cooked well and great to share. Bring a few friends, order a few plates and share a laugh over a great meal!

RELAXED OUTDOOR GATHERINGS

Where good food, great company, and nature come together

This covered outdoor pavilion complete with music stage is designed for comfort, live music and indulging in long lunches and lazy afternoons. Dog-friendly and family-friendly, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink in hand.

It’s food worth travelling for, so whether you're gathering for a casual catch-up or a special celebration, the Pavilion is available to book for your next family get-together.

Please note that the pavilion is reserved for people and groups with bookings to eat.

Plenty of unreserved seating is available on a first come first served basis in the heritage bar and outside the pub. If there is no availability online, we may be able to accommodate your request. For further information or for help with your reservation, please get in touch.

HEAD CHEF

Oscar Holgado

Head Chef Oscar Holgado’s passion for fresh produce, has him working with local producers and growers in our own market garden. This collaborative approach supplies the kitchen with the freshest seasonal produce. The house-made sausages, pulled pork burgers, smoked meats, and vegetable sharing plates have been earning steady praise since the pub re-opened. Having come to Australia from the best restaurants in London, he’s already been dubbed  “One to Watch" by Broadsheet Australia. We invite you to join us and enjoy some hinterland hospitality.
