Once you’ve had your morning coffee, your tutor Elisabeth will introduce the dogs properly and provide guidance to get started.

The class includes a series of short, timed sketches using playful techniques, followed by quick demos on structure and form. Towards the end, you'll have time for a relaxed, free-drawing session as the dog(s) settle in for their well-deserved rest.

Our sessions are more than just art – they're a unique, feel-good experience where creativity meets canine charm. Perfect for:

• Meeting new dog lovers in a relaxed setting

• Practicing your sketching skills – whether you're a beginner or experienced

• A mindful, relaxing break from a busy day

• An enjoyable day in the hinterland with a delicious lunch

And of course… meeting our gorgeous doggie models!



WHEN:  Saturday July 18th 

TIME: 10am for coffee  Arrive and treat yourself to tea or a barista made coffee at The Kin Kin Hotel, ready  for 10:30 AM start in The Workshop , our indoor outdoor creative space , 50 yards up the hill in the site of the previous Black Ant Cafe.

MATERIALS : All  drawing materials, paper and drawing boards along with guided drawing and beautiful model provided  for you! You will inevitably get charcoal on your fingers so feel free to bring an apron to protect against messy hands!

COST:  $125 including welcome drink, 2-3 hour Charcoal Drawing Workshop, materials and delicious sharing lunch afterwards.
