Seeking like minded individuals
About us
In the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, the Kin Kin Hotel has been restored and reimagined into one of Queensland’s most exciting regional dining destinations — a place where hospitality feels genuine, food and wine have purpose, and people come to connect.
We are home to two distinct venues:
● The Kin Kin Hotel – a classic country pub with community spirit, warm service, and honest local food
● The Woodshed Restaurant – a fire-led, degustation-only dining room, offering refined, regional storytelling through food and wine pairings
What makes us different?
We make everything ourselves. From hand-rolled pastries to freshly baked sourdough, from our house-churned butter to the vegetables grown in our own market garden — we control every element of the experience. The garden is still in its adolescence, but it’s already producing. It's exciting. It's alive. And just like us, it’s growing.
This commitment to detail, to seasonality, to honest craft — it runs through everything we do.
With more projects launching soon — boutique accommodation, curated workshops, special events — this is a rare opportunity to join a team building something truly special.
