HEAD CHEF
The Woodshed Restaurant
The Woodshed is our most intimate and refined dining space — a room designed for slow meals, good conversation, and a sense of occasion.
Here, we serve a seasonal seven-course degustation, with the option to add thoughtfully paired wines. Each course celebrates our garden, our region, and the fire at the heart of our kitchen.
• Sit-Down Only: Maximum 50 guests
• Exclusive Use May be Required: For groups of 30 or more
• Seating Arrangements: Groups of 8+ will be seated across smaller tables

HEAD CHEF
The Chefs Courtyard
Tucked behind the hotel, a private, open-air courtyard framed by draping greenery and a striking brick hearth. The Chef’s Courtyard is made for long lunches, Afternoon Teas, fire-lit dinners, or relaxed stand-up celebrations.
For select events, our chefs can cook directly over the open flame, turning the hearth into a live-fire kitchen and your event into something truly memorable.
• Stand-Up: Minimum 30 – Maximum 60 guests
• Sit-Down: Maximum 24 guests

The Pavillion
An outdoor, covered space ideal for larger events. The Pavilion offers flexibility for both stand-up and sit-down functions. With its own live music stage this space can be used for everything from intimate birthday events to the more grand sit down banquet dinners.
• Stand-Up: Minimum 50 – Maximum 100 guests
• Sit-Down: Minimum 15 – Maximum 60 guests

The Nook
Tucked just behind the Pavilion stage, The Nook is a fully open-air space with a crackling outdoor fireplace and an easy, relaxed energy. Surrounded by greenery and open to the sky, it’s ideal for casual, stand-up gatherings that feel warm, intimate, and a little off the beaten track.
• Stand-Up Only: Minimum 10 – Maximum 30 guests
Private yet informal, The Nook is made for slow afternoons and fire-lit evenings with good people and good wine.
The Market Garden
Experience; the ultimate paddock-to-plate dining in the Hotels Market Garden. From intimate dinners to long lazy lunches, enjoy our freshly prepared meals in amongst natures’s bounty.
Heritage Public Bar
Experience the charm of our original 1915 pub interior, featuring polished timber floors and vintage accents. This cozy space is perfect for small gatherings, accommodating up to 10 guests for a sit-down meal. Please note, exclusive bookings are not available for this area.
